Mrs. Anthonia Chibugo Madueme, MCIB

Mrs. Madueme earned a B.Sc. in Economics (NAU, 2005) and joined the bank in 2012. She currently heads Credit & Development, focusing on loan origination, portfolio quality, and credit risk management. With a keen understanding of micro-lending dynamics, she is a Certified Microfinance Operator (MCIB) and known for her loan recovery strategy and client retention skills.
