Mrs. Chinyere J. Onyenanu, MCIB

Mrs. Onyenanu holds an HND in Secretarial Studies (1991, Federal Polytechnic, Idah) and a PGD in Business Administration from ESUT, where she is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree. Since joining Chibueze Community Bank in 2001, she has led multiple departments and served as Board Secretary (2001–2006). As Head of Operations, she brings over two decades of administrative leadership, exceptional attention to regulatory compliance, and process optimization. She is a Certified Microfinance Operator (MCIB) and highly skilled in operational control, service delivery, and people management.
